0.1-100 kbp DNA marker (Fluorescent Dye) is a pre stained, ready-to-use DNA marker containing fragments ranging from 100-10,000 base pairs with fluorescent and tracking dye that can be directly load onto unstained agarose gels. It provides the highest level of convenience during the routine handling and avoids commonly used gel staining procedures with the ethidium bromide or SYBR Green I. Please note, users need to use a DNA stain of preference when conducting PCR but not to be added to the ladder Suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The 1K and 3K bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. The approximate mass of DNA in each band is provided (0.5 μg per loading) for approximating the mass of DNA in comparably intense samples of similar size.
